We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Body text is at least 18 pixels, and text contrast is at least 4.5:1.
- Every page works with a keyboard, has a “skip to content” link and shows where the focus is.
- Nothing plays automatically. Videos have captions and a transcript.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the pulsing dot in our logo stays still.
- Prices, tables and figures are text, not images.
- Arabic examples are marked as Arabic and right-to-left, so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
Known issues
- The booking calendar is provided by Google, and we can’t change how it works. If it doesn’t work for you, use the form on our contact page and we will arrange a time by email.
- Illustrations of our systems are decorative; the same information is in the text around them.
