This page summarises how we work with clients. It is not the contract: the full terms are supplied with every proposal, and they take precedence over this summary.
Prices and payment
- Prices are those on our pricing page for your market, unless your proposal says otherwise. UK and EU prices exclude VAT; US and Canada prices exclude any local taxes; Canada prices are in CAD.
- The Diagnostic fee is credited in full to the build if you go ahead.
- The build is paid 50% at signing and 50% at go-live. Monthly fees have 10% off when you prepay 12 months.
- Tools and servers are in your name and paid by you directly to the providers.
Term and notice
- Minimum term: 3 months in the UK and EU; 6 months in the US and Canada.
- You can leave at the end of any term with one month’s notice.
Ownership
- You own your server, accounts, data and content, and the instance of the system we build for you.
- Where the system uses components we reuse across clients, we grant you a perpetual licence to keep running them, so you can keep the system after you leave.
Approvals and AI use
- Nothing is published until a named person on your side approves it.
- Our AI-use policy is part of the contract.
Service levels
- If publishing stops, we start fixing it within one working day of the alert or your report.
- Critical security patches are applied within 72 hours.
Data protection
Where we process personal data for you, we do so under a data processing agreement that forms part of the contract. Our privacy notice covers data from this website.
