What is the minimum term?

3 months in the UK and EU; 6 months in the US and Canada.

Is there a discount for paying upfront?

Yes: 10% off when you prepay 12 months.

How do we leave?

Give one month’s notice at the end of any term. You keep everything: server, accounts, data, content and the right to keep running the system.

Do prices include VAT?

No. UK and EU prices exclude VAT; US and Canada prices exclude any local taxes. Canada prices are in CAD.

What else will we pay?

The tools and servers in your name, paid directly to the providers. In the UK this is typically £20–300 a month, including AI and API usage; we quote it in your Diagnostic.

Is the Diagnostic refundable?

It is credited in full to the build if you go ahead.
