How we use automated tools, and where we never do
Our engines use AI models for research, drafting, formatting and analysis. People approve everything that is published. This policy is part of every contract.
What AI does in our engines
- Researches topics and sources, and summarises them for a writer or editor.
- Drafts articles, posts and captions from a brief, an interview transcript or your own material.
- Formats, resizes and versions content for each platform and language.
- Transcribes interviews and suggests clips.
- Analyses performance, search and sales data and suggests changes to the plan.
What it never does
- Publish anything without approval by a named person on your side.
- Generate testimonials, reviews or quotes, or attribute words to anyone who didn’t say them.
- Invent people: no synthetic spokespeople, avatars or fake profiles.
- Automate engagement: no automated likes, comments, follows or connection requests.
Which data AI tools may see
- Only what a task needs. AI models are chosen per task and per data-sensitivity, and listed in your Diagnostic.
- Your data stays on your accounts. We use providers’ business terms that exclude your data from model training where the provider offers them.
- Personal data and confidential material are kept out of AI tools unless you agree otherwise in writing.
Transparency (EU AI Act)
- Synthetic or substantially altered images, audio and video are marked as such.
- Every published item has named editorial responsibility on your side: the approver.
- We keep a record of which tools touched each item, so you can answer questions about it.
Your choices
- You can opt out of any specific tool or provider; we will use an alternative or a person.
- You can ask for any item to be written without AI.
- This policy is part of every contract. If we change it, we tell you first.
