How Beeyawn runs your content operations

In under two minutes: what we do, who approves your content, how we use AI, how we keep publishing running, what you own and what it costs. Chapters and the full transcript, including everything shown on screen, are below the video.

0:00 What does approving a post look like?

Every week, we send a message like this to a client, an oil and gas services company in North Africa. Three posts, in English and Arabic. Nothing goes out until they say yes.

On screen: An approval message: “Ready for approval: 3 posts · English and Arabic”. The English and Arabic versions of post P0142 are stamped Approved. Title: “Nothing goes out until your people say yes”. Illustration, recreated with invented data.

0:13 Who is Beeyawn, and why is weekly publishing hard?

We’re Beeyawn, and we run content operations. Many organisations should publish every week, but the experts who must check the facts have no time, and other languages slip.

On screen: A week with gaps: no post on Monday or Friday; posts waiting for approval on Tuesday and Thursday; Wednesday’s Arabic version missing. “Busy experts · facts to check · languages that slip”.

0:24 What does a content operations service do?

So we do the work. We research and write the articles, manage your social media and, if you want it, make short videos from real interviews. Every week, on your own accounts.

On screen: Research, and interviews if you want them, become articles, social posts and short videos, published this week on your own accounts.

0:36 Who approves content, and how is AI used?

You choose who approves. Each one gets a message, checks it, and releases it. How we use AI is written into your contract: what the tools do, and what they’re never used for.

On screen: A post register: P0142 changes from “Awaiting approval” to “Released” by Approver B. A contract schedule headed “Use of AI”: what the tools do, and what they’re never used for. Illustration, recreated with invented data.

0:48 How reliable is the publishing?

Every system we build is tested like software. After a settings change once stopped publishing for five days, we added a daily check from outside. If publishing stops, we start work within one working day.

On screen: A daily check from outside: workflows active, publishing switch on, platform connections, last item published on time. For one client: 285 automated tests (test suite as at 21 Sep 2026); 17 posts published 21 Sep to 8 Oct 2026; none failed. Illustration, recreated with invented data.

How we build and test

1:02 Who owns the accounts, data and content?

You own the server, the accounts, the data and the content. Leave at the end of any term, and you keep them.

On screen: A frame labelled “Yours” holding the server, the accounts, the data and the content.

1:10 How much does Beeyawn cost?

In the UK, Beeyawn Social is an £8,000 build, then £2,500 a month, plus VAT. Every market’s prices are on our website.

On screen: Beeyawn Social, UK: build £8,000; £2,500 a month; excl. VAT; minimum term 3 months; prices as at Oct 2026. EU: €7,500 and €2,400 a month, excl. VAT, minimum term 3 months. US: $10,500 and $4,000 a month, excl. local taxes, minimum term 6 months. Canada: CAD 12,000 and CAD 4,500 a month, excl. local taxes, minimum term 6 months.

1:20 Who will I speak to, and how do I start?

I’m Michael. I design and run every system we build, so on the call you’re speaking to the person who would build yours. If your content has to be right, and you’d rather not build a team for it, book a 20 minute call at beeyawn.com. I’ll tell you if this would help. If it won’t, I’ll say so.

On screen: A photo of Michael S.U. Hudson: “Designs and runs every Beeyawn system”. “On the call, you speak to the person who would build yours.” “Book a 20 minute intro call” · beeyawn.com. End card: the Beeyawn logo and “Narration: Michael’s AI voice (ElevenLabs), made with his consent.”
