The challenge
An oil and gas services company in North Africa needed English and Arabic posts out the same day across LinkedIn, Facebook and X, with three named approvers, posting rules around the working week and religious holidays, and no room for a wrong post.
What we built
Five workflows on the client’s own server; one register for every post; approval messages in Google Chat with release links; a publishing switch (off, test, on); calendar rules (no Saturdays, no posts during Eid, at most four a day from two content pillars); 285 automated checks (test suite as at 21 Sep 2026); an external daily watchdog; and a weekly performance report covering LinkedIn, Facebook, X, the website, Google Search, competitors and AI answers. The system publishes to Facebook and X; most LinkedIn posts are still published by the client’s team.
Results
These are the operation’s results: content by the client’s team and creators; scheduling, approvals, publishing to Facebook and X, and weekly analysis by our systems. Automated publishing went live on 21 September 2026; analysis has run since 7 June 2026. One September post had unusually high reach. Website conversions and search clicks did not rise over the same period.
LinkedIn. Followers are the count on each date; the other figures cover the 30 days ending on each date. Source: weekly reports. 79% of all posts published by the company and eight tracked competitors in the 30 days to 3 Oct 2026. Publishing system: 17 posts published between 21 Sep and 8 Oct 2026; none failed.
What the analysis found (LinkedIn, week of 27 Sep–3 Oct 2026): Arabic posts averaged 1,749 impressions against 971 for English on identical content; document carousels averaged 89% engagement (LinkedIn’s engagement rate, which counts carousel page clicks) against 7.6% for other formats.
What went wrong, and what we changed
In September 2026 a settings change stopped the timed workflows for five days and nothing alerted us. No content was lost. We fixed the cause, added three tests that fail if it happens again, and added a daily watchdog that runs outside the system it watches.
